My name is Dennis Kelley, and I am a police patch collector in San Antonio, Texas. I have been collecting public safety patches since 1992. While I specialize in collecting law enforcement patches from Texas agencies, I collect other patches as well.

The purpose of this website is to not only display my collection of public safety patches but to serve as a reference tool for law enforcement patch collectors alike. I will also use this website to trade patches and seek my "most wanted" patches to add to my collection.
